Firstly, the thinkmoney Personal Account is designed to help you budget. Open an account with us and our team of Money Managers make sure we set enough money aside in your account for all the regular bills you've told us about. Our system even forecasts your future balance so we can warn you if it looks like you're going to have a shortfall - and help you find a way to keep things running smoothly. Our customers tell us they value the peace of mind this gives them.
No nasty surprises
Secondly, we are transparent about our fees. Offering accounts costs money - and all account providers have to cover their costs. Our approach is different. We're upfront about it, so you know exactly what you pay.
We charge just £14.50 a month for a single account or £21.25 for a joint account. It's as simple as that. No unexpected fees for missed or bounced payments, returned cheques, or making 'too many' transactions. In short, no nasty surprises - you know exactly where you stand.
A bit about our past
We've been running for 10 years and today we have over 100,000 customers. We're part of the Think Money Group of companies, with a heritage that stretches back almost 20 years.
The Group was originally founded to offer help and advice to people with money worries - and as an obvious extension to this we introduced the thinkmoney Personal Account... an account that helps customers set and keep to their budgets.
The Think Money Group are based in Salford Quays in Greater Manchester, employing over 900 dedicated members of staff.

Charity Involvement
As part of the Think Money Group, we're proud to do what we can to help people who need it. There are thousands of good causes out there, and we have decided to help 3 charities close to our heart.
We support a children's charity that's very active in Rwanda and closer to home, we also support two local schools.
Local schools
We raise money for two schools near to our offices, helping them give their pupils the experience they need to succeed in life. We provide work placements for pupils from the High School - and help the Primary School buy role play equipment that helps younger children develop vital life skills.
Jubilee Action
As a charity that helps vulnerable children around the world, Jubilee Action is working with the Fair Children/Youth Foundation in Musanze (Rwanda). Together, they are working with children orphaned by the 1994 genocide, helping them live in 'child-headed households' and support them in leading a better quality of life.
The charity also supports a vocational training centre, where children from those households learn marketable skills and receive community support and trauma counselling.
