Do I qualify for an account?

It's easy to qualify for a thinkmoney Personal Account - and because we don't need to perform any credit checks, we can usually complete an account application within minutes!
Providing you're a UK resident aged 18 or over, the thinkmoney Personal Account should be open to you. In fact, we can approve your application as soon as you've proved your identity and address.
Proving your identity
Your security is extremely important to us, and before we can open an account in your name, we'll need to verify your identity and address.
We can normally verify your details on the phone, but may need to see some actual documents. We'll explain anything else you need to know when you apply.
Acceptable forms of identification
Before you apply to open an account with thinkmoney, we will need to ask you for documents proving your identity and your address. This is a legal requirement. In most cases we'll be able to verify your identity over the phone - but if we can't, your Adviser will tell you what kind of documents we need.
