We understand the convenience of having instant access to information about your accounts, and that's why you can text us for up-to-the-minute balance updates, for details of your last five transactions and to make changes to your accounts.
- For your current balances, just text 'BAL'
- For details of your last five transactions, just text:
- 'TRANS' for your Salaries Account, or
- 'TRANC' for your Card Account
- To request certain changes to your thinkmoney Personal Account, just text 'CHANGE' followed by your request
You can reach us by texting either 81122 or 07786 200077.
We'll also send you updates to notify you of any changes, such as when a cheque has cleared, your income has been paid into your account or a new instruction (a standing order, for example) has been set up.
We want to make sure your account is always running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, so one of our dedicated Money Managers will also send you a text if they can't get hold of you to confirm an instruction or to talk about a specific issue.

Our team of Money Managers are there to help out when it matters.
They'll put money aside from your income each month to cover your regular commitments. They'll also deal with any new instructions such as setting up new standing orders and Direct Debits.
