I've forgotten my login details, what can I do?

With so many accounts across different devices, it's understandable that we forget our passcodes and logins from time to time. Fortunately, it's really quick and easy to reset your thinkmoney details and get back into your account - just follow these steps to get up and running.

I've forgotten my username

  • Head to the online banking login page
  • Click ‘Forgotten your username’
  • Enter your account number, date of birth and email address (your account number is on the bottom of your card)
  • You’ll be shown your username on the screen

I've forgotten my passcode

  • Click ‘Forgotten my passcode’ on the app login screen
  • Enter your account number, date of birth and email address (your account number is on the bottom of your card)
  • We’ll send you a one-time passcode to verify your identity
  • Enter this passcode
  • Enter the last four digits of your card number
  • Choose a new passcode

How do I unblock the app and online banking?

If you enter incorrect login details five times, we’ll block your app and online banking to keep your account secure. However, you can now unblock your account in the app. All you need to do is:

  • Click ‘Get me in’ on the app login page
  • Enter a few details
  • We’ll send you a one-time passcode to verify it’s you
  • Enter your secure one-time passcode
  • Log in to your account

If my online banking is blocked, can I still use the thinkmoney app?

No. If your online banking is blocked, you won’t be able to use the app either.
