I've forgotten my login details, what can I do?

I've forgotten my Username

  • Press ‘forgotten my username’.
  • Enter your account number, date of birth and email address.
  • You’ll be shown your username on the screen.

I've forgotten my Password/Passcode

  • Press ‘forgotten my password’ or ‘forgotten my passcode’.
  • Enter your account number, date of birth and email address.
  • We’ll send you a one time passcode to verify your identity.
  • Enter this passcode.
  • Enter the last four digits of your card number.
  • Choose a new password/passcode.

How do I unblock the app and online banking?

If you enter incorrect login details five times, we’ll block your app and online banking to keep your account secure. But, don’t worry, you can now unblock your account yourself.

You can do it through the app, all you need to do is:

  • Click ‘Get me in’ on the app log in page
  • Enter a few details
  • We’ll send you a one-time passcode to verify it’s you
  • Enter your secure one-time passcode
  • Log in to your account (And you’re back in!)

If my online banking is blocked, can I still use the thinkmoney app?

No, if your online banking is blocked, you won’t be able to use the app either.
