How do I unblock Online Account Management?
If you’ve blocked Online Account Management, don’t worry, you’ll be able to manage your money online again in no time.
If you’ve blocked your online password or passcode, just text 'unblock' to 81122, or, if you get free text messages with your network provider text our mobile number – 07786200077.
We’ll then email you some temporary login details, which you can change when you login.
