My card has been stolen, how do I report it?

If your card has been stolen, you'll need to let us know as soon as you can.

It's really easy to do - you can log in online here. Just go to the 'Services' tab and select 'Lost or stolen cards'.  You can do this 24/7.

Once you’ve blocked your card, you’ll need to give us a call so we can send you out a replacement.

If you’ve no access to a computer, give us a call on 0161 779 5000, or, if you’re abroad, just call 0044161 779 5000. Lines are open 24 hours a day.

In the meantime, if you need to withdraw Emergency cash you can do so at PayPoint outlets.
