How to claim your cashback

The different types of insurance Not sure which type of insurance to go for? Don’t worry, here are the differences, which should help you decide which you need:

This includes the bricks, windows, doors, walls and any permanent fixtures, like a kitchen. It covers:

A few bits if you’ve already got a policy with us

Need to make a change?

Please give us a call if you plan to make any significant alterations to your property, plan to move house or change any personal details – like your phone number.

Once you tell us about any changes, we’ll adjust your policy and send you out new documents if we need to.

Want to renew or cancel a policy?

We’ll send you a renewal invite about a month before your policy’s due to expire.

If you’d like to discuss your renewal or make any changes, just call us. If you paid over monthly instalments and are happy with your renewal, you don’t need to contact us. We’ll automatically renew your policy providing you haven’t cancelled your Direct Debit.

If you paid for your policy in full and/or don’t have an active Direct Debit, you’ll need to call us to renew.

Need to make a claim?

To make a claim, you need to contact your insurer directly. Their contact details will be in your policy documents, which we emailed to you.
