When we complete the upgrade to thinkmoney accounts, later this year, you’ll notice that from time to time we will ask for an additional security step when you complete certain transactions including making payments to new payees using Online Account Management.
In these cases, in order to complete the transaction we'll ask you to enter a security code that we’ll text to you.
Initially, we may also ask you to complete this step on other online payments, but as the system “learns” your transaction patterns you will find that reduces.
It’s vital that you keep the mobile number we hold for you up to date, so we can be sure you get these security texts. You can update your mobile number via Online Account Management. Just login and select the Personal Details tab.
