Some customers have received a letter from RBS telling them their statement frequency is due to change.
This letter was sent in error by RBS – you can safely ignore it.
As we have said, you’ll now get thinkmoney-branded statements rather than statements from RBS.
You will get a single statement each month that will include details of all your account and card transactions, together with a summary sheet showing all money going in and out of your account and card.
If you're signed up to Online Account Management, we’ll email a copy of your statement to your Online Account Management inbox every month.
Don’t worry if you’d prefer to get a printed version as well. You can get this as well by texting POST to 81122 or 07786 200077.
