If you've had incomes credited directly to your thinkmoney card, rather than coming into your salaries account, you'll need to update this.
Our records indicate that you've had incomes credited directly to your thinkmoney card, rather than coming into your salaries account, during the past three months.
Over the course of this year we are making a number of improvements to your thinkmoney Managed Current Account. As a result of the changes it will no longer be possible to accept incomes directly to your card. However, refunds of card payments will still be credited back onto your card.
Please arrange to have your income(s) paid into the correct account by providing your employer, or the DWP (in the case of benefits), or whoever else is paying you the income, with our sort code 16 16 23 and your salaries account number, which you can find on the front of your thinkmoney card.
Having your income paid into your salaries account means that it is available to help you budget for your bills. One of the enhancements we are making this year is to enable you to make transfers from your salaries account to your card via Online Account Management and our App, making it easier for you to move money onto your card when you want to.
