Service update

As you know, on Thursday night we upgraded our IT system.

Unfortunately, since then Online Account Management and the App have been running slowly and we currently have switched both services off temporarily as we work towards resolving the issue.

In all other respects, thinkmoney accounts are operating as normal. Incomes and Faster Payments are coming into accounts, and regular payments and Faster Payments going out.

We are working hard to answer your calls as fast as possible, but there is a long wait to speak to a Money Manager at the moment. If you only need to check your balance, you can do so 24/7 by sending BAL to 81122 or 07786 200077. You can also check it by calling 0161 779 5000 using the automated phone service.

We have extended our Money Manager opening hours to try to ensure that we can answer all of your calls.

•  Today we will be open until 8pm.

•  Tomorrow (Sunday) we will be open from 10am until 4pm.

Please accept our apologies for the problem with our online service. Our technical teams are working round the clock to get it back up and running.
