Faster Payments sent to you just before the downtime starts may not arrive in your account until 10am on Sunday morning.
• Your card will continue to work as usual during this time
• Our 24/7 phone service for unblocking your SecureCode or reporting your card lost or stolen will still be accessible on 0161 779 5000
In order to improve the service we offer we do need occasional downtime – we aim to minimise disruption by doing the work overnight at weekends.
