You won't be able to access our services overnight on Saturday 22nd April.
We’re making some further planned improvements to our systems overnight on Saturday. As a result from 8:30pm on Saturday 22nd until Sunday 23rd at 5:00am, you won’t be able to use text or automated phone services, Online Account Management or the App.
• Your card will continue to work as usual during this time
• Our 24/7 phone service for unblocking your SecureCode or reporting your card lost or stolen will still be accessible on 0161 779 5000
In order to improve the service we offer we do need occasional downtime – we aim to minimise disruption by doing the work overnight at weekends.
