We are getting in touch because our records indicate that you are due an income into your thinkmoney account on Friday 18th November.

Over the past few months we've been letting you know about an upgrade we are planning for thinkmoney accounts. At the moment, we expect that this upgrade will take place overnight on Thursday 17th November and the work will take until about 11am on the morning of Friday 18th. At this stage this date is still provisional.

As a result of the work we are doing, the income you are due may be slightly delayed, but will be in your account by 11am on the Friday.

The following services will not be affected
Standing orders
Direct Debits
Your thinkmoney debit card will continue to work as usual throughout
The following services will be unavailable on Thursday night and into Friday morning until 11am
Online Account Management
iPhone and Android apps
Text services
Automated phone services
Phone lines
