The biggest football tournament is in full swing. The World Cup 2026 comes with plenty of highs and lows for footy fans.

To help you celebrate the beautiful game, we’ve rounded up the best World Cup 2026 freebies in the UK, including free drinks, kids’ football sessions, Lego giveaways and food deals.

Here are the treats you can get and make the most of the tournament.

Free coffee at Asda cafes

From now until 20 July, customers named Caroline can get a free hot drink at participating Asda cafes.

The deal is aimed at giving Carolines a break from hearing the football favourite song Sweet Caroline.  

An Asda Spokesperson said: "For years, Carolines across the country have had to smile politely while hearing the same football singalong on repeat every summer. “While the rest of the nation joins in, we thought it was time to give Carolines a well-earned break.”

Free drinks at Morrisons

From now until Sunday 18 June, anyone can turn up to a Morrisons café in their England or Scotland shirt and get a free hot drink or dispensed fizzy drink.  

There is no minimum purchase needed, just show that you're supporting your team and you’ll bag the deal.

A spokesperson for Morrisons said: “The offer is available all day, every day, giving fans the chance to show their colours and enjoy a complimentary drink whenever they visit.”

Free coffee at Greggs

Virgin O2 Footy fans who stay up late to watch the England and Scotland football games can get a little pick-me-up with a free hot drink the following morning.

You’ll need to get the deal through the Priority app which is available to O2 mobile and Virgin Media broadband customers.  

The deal is available after the following matches:

  • Scotland vs Brazil – kick off Wednesday 24 June at 11pm (GMT) with Priority x Greggs hot drink available at 8am on Thursday 25 June

  • Panama vs England – kick off Saturday 27 June at 10pm (GMT) with Priority x Greggs hot drink available at 8am on Sunday 28 June

Free McDonalds football sessions plus free ball

McDonald’s Fun Football is hosting a special wave of free sessions this summer in celebration of the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Even better, children who attend one of the sessions will receive a redemption code to claim a free official McDonald’s FIFA World Cup 26 Trionda mini ball.

Across the UK, 5–11-year-olds of all abilities can enjoy the football sessions completely free of charge, alongside the standard programme which already delivers over 300,000 hours of free football annually to children nationwide.

These sessions are delivered by FA qualified coaches in 320 locations.

Parents can register for free at mcdonalds.co.uk/football with the special summer wave running through to the weekend of 18-19 July.

Free kids football Premier League sessions

You can also get free football sessions through the Premier League Kicks programme which offers inclusive and free opportunities for young people aged 8-18 years old to play football.

The programme is run through 93 UK clubs offering free football sessions, including Aston Villa, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and other top teams.

Free World Cup 2026 wall chart

Keep track of the tournament as it unfolds and get into the spirit of the competition with a free World Cup wallchart.

There are several sites offering free printable fixtures chart that you can fill in.

Free drinks at Slug and Lettuce bars

Get your hands on a free Peach It Your Way Spritz at Slug & Lettuce branches when you buy a main meal, burger or sandwich.

You’ll need to use the code FREESPRITZ while booking.

The offer runs throughout the World Cup tournament Sunday to Friday until 8pm.

Free Lego World Cup-stye trophy at Entertainer stores

Head to The Entertainer toy stores from 11am to 3pm this Saturday 27 June and you can get a free Lego mini trophy to build and keep

You don’t need to book but the offer runs until stocks last so it’s best to arrive sooner rather than later.

There’s no purchase necessary and it’s suitable for kids aged eight and older.  

Free McDonalds and Burger King through Deliveroo

Deliveroo Plus members who buy selected dishes through the delivery app between now and 19 July can get another free.

The deal is running with chains including McDonalds, Burger King and Pizza Express. For example, you can get a chicken royale and fries or American cheese pizza as part of the buy one get one free deal.
