Cheapest Halloween sweet deals including Poundland, Aldi, Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's

Spooky season is just around the corner and you'll want to be well stocked on treats for little terrors.

The cost of Halloween sweets can quickly rack up, and add extra strain to your food bill.

But we've scoured top retailers for the best deals on treats, including individually wrapped sweets which are perfect for 31 October.

Just grab a big bowl and prepare for the sugar high..

Poundland Halloween sweets

The budget retailer has some great deals on Halloween sweets.

You can get 160g packs of Haribos is multiple flavours for £1, including tangfastics. Packs of sour glowworms sweets also work well for Halloween and are £1

Or If you want individually wrapped options, there are 180g packs of mint humbugs for £1 or a pack of 140g of wrapped Maoam is also £1.

Aldi Halloween sweets

Aldi's Halloweens sweets will start landing stores from 27 September and start from a bargain price of 89p.

Stock up on a Halloween Sweet Tub, £3.69, which includes blackcurrant, strawberry, and orange gummy skulls, bats and ghosts.

Or try a Halloween Mallow 150g bag, 99p,  with fluffy ghost marshmallows or gummy brains and fizzy Spiders 160g bags are also 99p and feature gruesome sour and sweet gummies.

Another treat available are chocolate bats, £1.99 and the retailer is also launching a Halloween version of Aldi’s the popular Munch Mix for £2.29 - a tub of this will make a spook-tacular addition to any October party.

Asda Halloween sweets

You cack pick up a range of low-cost Halloween treats from Asda.

We love the 40-pack of Haribo trick or treat bags currently on a rollback price of £3, down from £4.

Or a 350g Maoam assorted mix of chewy sweets is £2.

If you are looking for individually wrapped, try the Maoam joystixx 140g bag, £1.

Chocolate funsize Malteaser bags are £2.75 for a pack of 11.

Tesco Halloween sweets

Tesco is offering a fantastic deal of individually wrapped bags of Haribo starmix with a box of 50 available for £4.50 with a Clubcard (£5 without).

If you don’t mind sweets that aren’t individually wrapped, a huge 600g sharing tub of Haribo is £4 with a Clubcard or £5 without.

Sainsbury's Halloween sweets and chocs

Sainsbury’s has some fab deals on choc treats if you prefer that to sweets.

For example, you can get a Cadbury 223g treatsize chocolate bar bag for £2.50 with a Nectar card (£4.50 without).

And a 20-pack of funsize family favourites including Maltesers, Twix and Mars for £3.75 with a Nectar card (£5.20 without).

The Haribo 600g matches the Tesco price of £4 wit a Nectar card (£5 without).
