This year, Tesco is embracing the perfectly imperfect side of the festive season by giving away hundreds of “wonky” Christmas trees for free. Tesco’s free Christmas tree campaign celebrates the idea that Christmas doesn’t have to be perfect to be special.

The deal is available in select stores and only running for one day this weekend. Find out how to get your free tree below.

How to get a free Christmas tree from Tesco

This Saturday (6th December), Tesco will be giving away their Perfectly Imperfect Christmas trees at 10 select stores across the UK.

These trees might have uneven branches or a slight wobble, but they’re still full of festive charm and completely free – while stock lasts!

Here’s where you can grab one:

  • Colney Hatch Extra
  • Borehamwood Extra
  • Hammersmith
  • Southport Extra
  • Goole Superstore
  • Glossop Superstore
  • Bristol Brislington Extra
  • Cardiff Extra
  • Dundee Riverside Extra
  • Glasgow Maryhill Extra

How does it work?

You’ll be able to grab a tree from 10am on a first-come, first-served basis and it’s one tree per household.

If you can, Tesco is encouraging shoppers to donate to its charity partners FareShare and The Trussell Trust, who help people facing hunger in the UK.

It’s a good idea to get there early, as the trees are expected to go fast. And if you're feeling generous, pop a donation in to help families who need support this winter.
