Tesco, Lidl and Morrisons offer free fruit for kids over summer holidays - how to claim

Top supermarkets including Lidl, Tesco and Morrisons are offering free fresh produce for children giving parents an easy way to help boost kids health.
You can get the freebies in-store, which helps to make the weekly shop with kids a little more fun - and lighten the load on your wallet.
We explain what's on offer...
Lidl's free fruit and vegetable vouchers
Discounter Lidl has launched a new scheme this summer to encouraging children to eat more healthily this summer by offering free fruit and vegetable vouchers in selected stores.
The supermarket is trialling fruit and vegetable scavenger hunts in 100 stores. The stores have been chosen based on supporting families in communities that could benefit the most.
Children using Lidl's mini shopping trolleys will be able to take part in the hunt by solving clues to find different fruits and vegetables around the store. For example, they might be asked to look for "Mini Trees" (broccoli) or "Orange Sticks" (carrots).
Participating stores will also offer Lidl Plus vouchers for free fruit and vegetable items, giving families the chance to pick up healthy food at no extra cost.
You can find out which stores are taking part at lidl.co.uk/foodies-summer.
Tesco's free fruit for kids

Choose one free Kids Hot Meal Deal, Kids Breakfast or Kids Pick ‘n’ Mix deal with each item bought by an adult from as little as 60p, when showing their Tesco Clubcard or Clubcard App at the till.
Morrisons free fruit scheme
To cut down food waste and boost children's diets, Morrisons offers free fruit that is within its sell-by date but in danger of not being sold.
Apples, bananas, oranges and pears are all included in the scheme and offered at store entrances so kids can pick what they'd like.
Parents can also pick up a free bowl of cereal and piece of fruit at in-store cafes during the summer holidays as part of its partnership with Kelloggs.
From now until 6 September, just say ‘Kellogg’s Breakfast’ at the till point at any UK Morrisons Café to receive the freebie.
Look out for other healthy promotions from the retailer too. Morrisons recently offered free oranges on match days during England's group stages games.
