Credit cards, personal loans, car finance deals – most of us need to borrow money sometimes. In fact, a recent FCA report found that around 84% of adults in the UK are in debt.  

Of course, debt in and of itself isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Buying a car on finance, for example, might be the only way to make sure you can get to work. Most people can’t afford to pay cash for large but important purchases.
