Search for Harry Styles tickets right now and you will see resale prices of £300, £500, even £700 per seat. It makes it feel like seeing Harry live is out of reach unless you are prepared to pay extortionate prices.

But that is not the full story.

We secured six official Harry Styles tickets for £73 each, including fees just now (the time is 12.07 and it is the 27th of January). No resale sites. No inflated mark-ups. Just genuine face-value tickets bought through the official ticketing platform.

Here is exactly how we did it, how much we paid, and how you can still try your luck in the next sales.

The real price we paid for Harry Styles tickets

  • Ticket price per seat: £61.25
  • Facility charge per ticket: £3.00
  • Service fee per ticket: £8.70

Total per ticket: £72.95, rounded to £73 for style.

For six tickets, the total came to: £440.65

We added optional ticket protection: £21.84

Plus a one-off handling fee: £2.95

Grand total paid: £465.44

The key point is transparency. The price shown was the price paid. No hidden checkout surprises.

How we actually got access to the presale

We bought through the official fan presale.

Our resident Harry Styles expert secured a presale code by purchasing official merchandise, that is one of the routes offered to fans. But importantly, there was also a no-payment necessary option to request a presale code. She tested that route too, and it worked. No payment necessary to get in the queue, thanks Harry (budget friendly king).

So if you skipped the merch route because you did not want to spend extra money, there was still a free way in.

This matters because many fans assume presale access always costs money. It does not.

Do not despair if you missed this drop

If you did not get tickets in this presale, there are still more chances.

  • Another Harry Styles presale is happening at 2pm today (Tuesday 27th January)
  • Extra presale tomorrow (Wednesday 28th January) at 11am and 2pm for the new shows
  • General sale opens on Friday 30th January at 11am and then at 2pm

That means face-value tickets are still being released. Resale sites may look like the only option, but they are not.

Why resale prices look so extreme

Resale platforms allow sellers to set their own prices. High listings stay visible, which creates the impression that tickets always cost that much.

But as this purchase proves, official Harry Styles tickets under £75 including fees were available. Panic buying resale early is what drives inflated prices.

Tips if you are still trying for Harry Styles tickets

We listed all the tips we used to get Harry Styles tickets here but here's a quick guide.

Quick guide - how to actually get tickets in a sale

  • Sort your ticket account in advance.
  • Log in the day before. Check your password, payment card and address. Save your card details so checkout is fast.
  • Use stable internet, with a backup plan
  • Make sure your WiFi is reliable. Have a hotspot or second location ready if your connection is shaky.
  • Join the queue early
  • Be logged in and in the waiting room 15 to 30 minutes before sale time. Do not refresh unless told to.
  • Use multiple devices, not multiple tabs
  • Phone and laptop are fine. Avoid opening several tabs in the same browser as it can break your queue place.
  • Know exactly what tickets you want
  • Decide dates, seating or standing in advance so you can move fast when it is your turn.
  • Agree your budget upfront
  • Set a firm top price with your group, including fees. Do not get caught hesitating at checkout or overspending in the adrenaline rush.
  • Only buy from official sellers
  • Skip social media offers and unofficial resale. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Face-value tickets do exist. We have the receipts to prove it.

The bottom line

  • We paid £73 per Harry Styles ticket, including fees.
  • We bought six tickets through the official presale.
  • There was both a merch route and a free route to get a presale code.
  • And there are still more sales to come.

So if you are searching for cheap Harry Styles tickets, do not write yourself off yet. Follow the official steps, stay calm, and good luck in the next drop.
