I’ve lost my card, how do I report it?

If you've lost your card, you'll need to let us know as soon as you can.

It's really easy - you can log into Online Account Management here and go to the 'Services' tab and select 'Lost or stolen cards' to block it.

Once it's blocked, you’ll need to give us a call so we can send you out a replacement – there will be a £5 charge for this.

If you don't have access to a computer, give us a call on 0161 779 5000, or, if you’re abroad, just call 0044161 779 5000. Lines are open 24 hours a day.

If you haven’t already registered for Online Account Management, you can do it here.

In the meantime, if you need to withdraw Emergency cash you can do so at PayPoint outlets.
