How can I report fraud on my account?

You can have fraud on your account in various ways. If you believe your card has been compromised, the first thing to do is block it immediately using Online Account Management. Here’s how to do it:

  • Log into Online Account Management and select the ‘Services’ tab
  • Then select ‘Lost or stolen card’ and fill in the details we ask for
  • Select ‘Submit’ and we’ll block your card

If you don’t have access to the internet, you can call our automated telephone service 24/7 and block your card on 0161 779 5000.

You should also block your Online Account Management and the thinkmoney App if you think there’s fraud on your account. Just text BLOCK to 81122 or 07786 200 077.

If there are any unidentified payments on your account, call us immediately and let us know about the suspected fraudulent activity so we can look into it further for you.

We can also order a new card to be sent out to you when you speak to us.
