I’ve received a One Time Passcode that I wasn’t expecting – what should I do?

There are a number of reasons why you might be sent a One Time Passcode – this includes when shopping online using Mastercard 3D Secure, but also when logging in to Online Account Management or the App, or setting up new online payments (Faster Payments).

If you get a One Time Passcode and you haven’t done any of these things in the past 15 minutes, please give us a call during working hours.
