What if I haven't received my One Time Passcode (OTP) after clicking the resend link?

You have three attempts to click on the 'Resend OTP' link.

If you’ve tried a couple of times and the email or text hasn’t arrived, log in to online banking or the app and go to 'contact details' in the 'more' section to check that your email address and mobile number are up to date.

If they are correct then you can start your transaction again – just close your browser and reopen it first. Get in touch if your One Time Passcode still doesn't arrive after you request it.
