What if I haven't received my One Time Passcode (OTP) after clicking the resend link?

You have three attempts to click on the 'Resend OTP' link.

If you’ve tried a couple of times and the email or text hasn’t arrived, login to Online Account Management and click on Personal Details. You can then check that we have the correct email and mobile number for you. 

If they are correct then you can start your transaction again – just close your browser and reopen it first. Get in touch if your One Time Passcode still doesn't arrive after you request it.
