What if I haven't received my One Time Passcode (OTP) within 5 minutes?
Don't worry, just click 'Continue' and then select the 'Resend OTP' link on the Mastercard 3D Secure screen. A new One Time Passcode (OTP) will then be sent to either your mobile or email address.
You can select which method you prefer – email or text - at the time you are making your purchase.
You can click the resend link three times before the link times out. If you find that the One Time Passcode doesn’t arrive then login to Online Account Management, click on Personal Details and check that we have the correct email and mobile number for you.
If they are correct then you can start your transaction again – just close your browser and reopen it first. Contact us if your One Time Passcode still doesn't arrive after you request it.
