What should I do if my One Time Passcode (OTP) is blocked?

If you've blocked your One Time Passcode (OTP) by clicking the 'Resend OTP' link three times and it hasn’t arrived, login to Online Account Management and click on Personal Details.

Here, you can check that we have the correct email and mobile number for you. If your details are correct then you can start your transaction again – close your browser and reopen it first.

Still having problems? If the One Time Passcode has been arriving OK, but isn't working when you enter it, you might be making an error when typing it in. Close your browser and re-open it and start your transaction again.

When you receive your One Time Passcode, be sure to enter it carefully.
